Copyright

SolarVita lets people post photographs, recipes and written content. If something on it infringes your copyright, tell us and we will look at it.

Reporting an infringement

Email us with the following, so we can act on it without having to come back to you first:

  • Enough detail to identify the work you say has been infringed.
  • Where in SolarVita the material appears — a screenshot, a username, or a link if you have one.
  • Your name and contact details.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights holder or the law.
  • A statement that the information you have given is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
Email copyright@solarvita.co.uk

What happens next

We review the notice and, where it looks well-founded, remove or restrict access to the material. We may tell the person who posted it, and pass on your notice so they can respond. Accounts that repeatedly infringe may be suspended.

If we removed something of yours

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake — you hold the rights, or the use was permitted — reply to the message we sent, or write to copyright@solarvita.co.uk explaining why. We would rather restore something we should not have taken down than leave it removed.

SolarVita's own content

The SolarVita name, logo, app design and written content are ours. Some artwork in the app is licensed from third parties — the app lists those credits and their licences under Settings, then About, then Third-party assets.

Anything else, including questions about permission to use our material, goes to privacy@solarvita.co.uk.
